Receptionist Questions for Interview

Why did you stay so long in your last two Companies? What is your career goals? What do you least like about dealing with customer? What do you know my company? How much salary do you expect?

What is most important about being a Receptionist?

A person walks into the building and asks to speak to one of the managers he can see threw the window. The manager told you he is unavailable to speak with anyone today. What do you tell the person? What if they argue? What if they will not take no for an answer?

What are you trying to accomplish when answering the phone?

How fast can you type?
